1. Acceptance of Terms

These limitations of liability apply regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and shall survive even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Account Suspension and Termination

12. Amendments to Terms
